1. General Information

Coetzer Beds is a South African bed manufacturer and supplier offering mattresses and base sets for retail and wholesale. All purchases, deliveries, returns, and warranties are governed by South African consumer protection laws.

2. Use of Website

  • You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.

  • We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse or any violation of these terms.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only—actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing differences.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices listed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required before orders are processed and shipped.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once payment is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery arrangements will be confirmed with the customer after order placement.

  • We deliver throughout South Africa. Delivery fees for areas outside Gauteng will be quoted individually.

  • Free delivery within Gauteng is available subject to current promotions and order conditions (details available on the site).

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • You may return a product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused and in original condition.

  • Returns must be arranged with our sales team before sending back the product.

  • A collection fee may apply for returns outside Gauteng.

  • Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

6. Warranty

  • All products are covered by a 1-year manufacturing warranty.

  • This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

  • It does not cover misuse, stains, wear and tear, or use on an unsupportive base.

  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase and supporting photos.

7. White Label and Reseller Sales

  • White label and bulk orders are subject to separate agreements.

  • These orders may have different lead times, payment terms, and return conditions.
